Werner Eppacher has spent the entirety of his two-decade financial career with German asset manager DWS Group, catching his first glimpse of a trading floor as an intern for Deutsche Bank in 2003. “A Trading is to a certain degree less flexible however for buy-side traders at least there is room for a hybrid working model,” says Eppacher.
