Grady has an extensive track record in dealing and in 2007, he moved to Barclays Wealth to spent nearly five years as global head of dealing and sales trading and managing director. Grady spent a year and a half in this role before moving to Paris to spend four and a half years as global head of dealing at Fortis Investments.
