RBC CapitalMarkets appointed Giles Gleave and Mike Heraty as its newest managing directors, according to an internal memo seen by The TRADE. Heraty will take on the role of head of US equity solutions and structured product sales, whilst Gleave has been appointed as head of European equity solutions.
