The global head of capital markets at German asset manager DWS, Keshava Shastry, has left the business, according to two people with knowledge of the matter, The TRADE can reveal. Keshava Shastry Shastry, a managing director based in London, had been with the German firm for over ten years. DWS declined to comment.

UBS appointed Carlos Salcedo head of capital markets financing sales Americas, according to an internal memo seen by The TRADE. Before joining MEAG, Malakis held senior sales positions with international asset managers, including Generali Insurance, Vanguard International and Schroders.

RBC BlueBay Asset Management equity trader, Michael Tamou, left the asset manager to join Qube Research & Technologies (QRT). He originally joined the asset manager as an investment operations analyst in 2020. Previously in his career, he spent a year as an operation analyst at Liquidnet.

Beginning his career in 1990 as an FX dealer at Bank of America in Sydney, Grady has spent almost four decades working in financial markets across the globe. After two years in his first role, Grady moved to Bankers Trust Asset Management where he spent four and a half years as an international equity dealer also based in Sydney.
